Our kitchens are equipped with an electric cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, filter coffee machine and kettle, as well as an extensive range of crockery and cutlery. You will also find tea towels. Ideal for cooking and sitting together.
Each bedroom pampers with high-quality materials for a restful sleep. Each bedroom also has its own bathroom. Here you can enjoy a rain shower that provides wonderful wellness moments. Towel radiator, hairdryer and towels are provided. A flat-screen TV is available in the kitchen and bedroom. You can also enjoy free Wi-Fi here.
Barrier-free access and free parking
All our flats are accessible barrier-free thanks to a lift. Furthermore, a locked and monitored parking space for bicycles as well as a storage room with clothes and ski locker in the basement of the house are at your disposal.
A spacious car park is available for your car free of charge.

With our bread roll service, you can enjoy delicious fresh bread and pastries every morning. If you wish, we can also spoil you with a rich breakfast buffet that can be booked separately. Homemade jams and pastries, juices, fragrant coffee, tea, muesli, yoghurt ... this is how a wonderful day begins!
Our guest rooms and sun terrace are also available for a cosy get-together in larger groups. The garden and playground offer our younger guests many opportunities to play, romp and have fun.

Skiing in Schladming-Dachstein
The 4-mountain ski area is famous for its dream pistes and supreme skiing pleasure. The best thing is: the access via the Reiteralm is only 700 m away from our house! We are not telling you a winter fairytale when we say: winter in the mountains can do so much more. How about cross-country skiing, skating, ski touring, tobogganing? Or perhaps you prefer snowshoeing, winter hiking, a horse-drawn carriage ride or curling ... Enjoy winter in the mountains from its most beautiful side!

But it is also an extraordinary nature and leisure experience that promises special impressions in summer and winter.
