Magical "Spiegelsee" on the Reiteralm
You start into a real hiking highlight directly in front of our house - the Spiegelsee on the Reiteralm. We're not exaggerating a bit: it doesn't get any more beautiful than this! This mountain lake is embedded in a natural cirque and part of a small lake landscape. When there is no wind, the Dachstein massif on the opposite side is reflected, creating magical moments. You can reach the mirror lake from the Reiteralm or via the Gasslhöh circular hiking trail. On the varied hiking trail, you can expect wonderful alpine nature, a phenomenal panorama of the Dachstein and Tauern, summit experiences and relaxation by the water. The start and finish is on the Reiteralm, which you can easily reach by car or the Preunegg Jet cable car.
Cycling as the mood takes you
With muscle power or with an e-bike? With us you can try both! Cycling, mountain biking, e-biking - pleasure cycling, sporty ambitious. Over hill and dale or on one of the most beautiful cycle paths in Austria - the R7 Ennsradweg, which runs almost right by our house. Also a hit when enjoyed in stages! In the Schladming-Dachstein Region you can even choose whether you want to go uphill or downhill. Maybe you'd like to try the downhill trails of the Reiteralm or Planai? Adrenalin included. The Reiteralm has prepared sensational things for little bikers. The kids are thrilled by the trails and the super cool ascent by conveyor belt.
Experience Enns for adrenaline fans and nature enthusiasts
The Enns flows almost directly past our house and is not only a natural idyll, but also invites water sports enthusiasts to take a tour. If you've always wanted to try something really special, you'll definitely be thrilled by a splashing rafting tour. With trained guides, you can tame the river and enjoy an extraordinary activity. But you can also take it easy on the Enns. From Schladming it meanders leisurely through the valley and offers islands as well as wonderful nature impressions. Canoeing is also possible on the Enns. Tips for kids - play, laugh and discover
We would like to give you a small selection of activities with children. In addition to the great offers for children at the Pichler Badesee, there is a super playground on the Reiteralm and exciting bike trails including a conveyor belt for the comfortable ascent. The Planai is also all about the kids - Styria's highest playground awaits here with incredible offers. What Hopsi has conjured up for the little ones is really super cool. At Ramsau's Rittisberg, an entire mountain is reserved for kids: Alpine coaster, flyline, archery, Ramsau Beach bathing lake, fairytale trail, great playground at the summit ... The children's nature trail on the Ramsau Sattelberg with research stations and puzzles, the fairytale trail & mushroom trail on the Rohrmoos ... are also great.
